The newly developed HLMW-100/150 ultra-thin multi-wire saw is an amazing new wire saw stone cutting machine. It redefines the next generation of stone cutting technology. Using 0.3-0.8mm ultra-fine diamond wire to cut block can bring a yield of more than 97%. I believe this is your next machine to cut block into slab.
1) High yield rate - This machine uses ultra-thin wire saw cutting, with a cutting groove of only 0.4-0.7mm. Compared with traditional wire saw cutting, the yield rate is as high as over 97%. The traditional wire saw cutting method is only 15-20%.
2) Stone powder emission reduction: more than 90%
3) Noise reduction - the overall frame design is reasonable, vibration-free, safe and stable, and reduces noise by more than 40 decibels
4) Use ultra-thin wire saw cutting to produce ultra-thin slabs below 10mm to improve slab utilization.
5) System control, high cutting accuracy, preventing line marks, and improving the flatness of the slab by at least 50%
6) The optimized design of the whole machine saves space and reduces the equipment footprint.
